How Do You Assemble A Smugdesk Gaming Chair?
Just like a three year old toddler would easily say 1-2-3, so it is to assemble your chair. And here’s how to assemble your Smugdesk chair like a pro in the industry.
- Check if all the parts as indicated in the assembly guide are available and in a good condition.
- Turn all the five bases upside down so as to insert the legs. Insert each leg to one base.
- To family fix the base and the respective legs; screw the bolts into the holes. The provided wrench helps you in fixing all the ten bolts, two on each base leg.
- At the end of each Smugdesk base leg, insert the five casters by carefully pressing each on each of the five holes.
- You can now turn the base to insert the gas lift into the center of the Smugdesk ergonomic office chair base so as to attend to the seat.
- Turn the seat cushion upside down to be able to attach the armrests. Fix it using the given bolts. You don’t have to tightly fix the three bolts at this point—you’ll do that later when tightening all the bolts after fully assembling the chair. Do the same to the second armrest. However, only fix the armrest on the right side—there’s an “L” and “R” label on each side. Also, be careful enough to have the “front” label on the seat and armrests facing the same direction.
- Next, attach and loosely fix the Smugdesk backrest to the seat using the four bolts. Use the same wrench to fix the bolts, two on each side of the armrest.
- It’s now time to tighten all the bolts: those on the armrests and the backrest.
- While the seat cushion is still upside down, fix the mechanism. Remember to have the “front” label facing the same side with the “front” sides of the armrests and seat cushion. Fix two bolts on the seat cushion’s front and two at the back and tightly fix them using the wrench.
- At the back of the mechanism which you just fixed under your seat cushion, there’s a slot. Insert it into the gas lift and boom! Your chair is now fully assembled and ready for use!
